Thank you for being a part of Christ the King Apostolic Church!

In keeping with the Bylaws of the church, every person desiring to remain a member with Christ the King Apostolic Church must reaffirm their intentions as so each year before the annual business meeting.  To help facilitate your desired intent, you may communicate it below. Please complete and submit this annual affirmation. 

This process is necessary procedure for keeping the official legal records of the church current.  It also ensures continued harmony among the consituents concerning basic beliefs and continued support of the ministry of this local church. I desire my membership to continue with Christ the King Apostolic Church, Inc. I understand and am embracing the beliefs and requirements necessary for membership as stated in the church Articles of Faith and Bylaws.
